7. Slittingg |
Slitting is the last production process which slit the laminates in jumbo rolls into small reels specified by our customer. We currently have 7 slitting machines and 3 units of unwinder/rewinder which is used to unsmooth roll edges, or rolls with shorter length. As this is the final stage of the production process and ultimate packing, our QA staff will con duct random inspection before sending to finished goods warehouse, and delivering to the customers. The last production process to slit from jumbo reel laminated to small reel as per customer’s requirement and packing into one at this stage.
