6. Dry Lamination |
Dry lamination is another bonding process between two substrates :plastic films, paper, aluminium foil, etc. by means of adhesives. We now have 2 units of dry laminators: one unit employs solvent based process. Our dry laminator is the multifunction type. It can use with solvent free adhesives, solvent based adhesives, water based adhesives, and lacquer coating. The machine can run at high speed, maximum 400 meters/minute. Bonding of substrates with adhesives by means of two dry laminating processes, i.e. Solvent base and Solvent free.
