5. Extrusion Lamination |
Extrusion lamination is the bonding process between two substrates, i.e. plastic foil or LLDPE film or CPP film, etc. We currently have 3 extrusion laminators,2 units are Tandem, or continuous laminating process-a laminate of maximum 5 layer can be done at the same time and 1 unit is single extruder. Our extrusion laminators are relatively modern machines with automatic control function, and can extrude many types of plastic resins, i.e. Polyethylene, Polyethylene, Acid copolymer, Ethyl Vinyl Acetate, Ionomer, etc. Bonding of substrates with molten Low density Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Acid copolymer, Ionomer etc. to a maximum of five layers. With up-to-dated technology for quality controlling, i.e. automatic registration control, turn-bar printing technology, ink viscosity controller etc. All this state-of-the-art technology ensures exceptionally good printed images. Spectrophotometer is also used to ensure meticulous printing jobs demanded by the customers. We are equipped with 6 roto-gravure printing machines to a maximum of 8 colors printing.
